Accoding to the Artistic Council’s appreciation, this year’s BIM festival was characterised by a variety of forms and artistic performances. Admirable was the high level of the participating bands that represented their national heritage. The members of the Artistic Council would like to express their particular thanks to the Management of the Youth Centre “Pałac Młodzieży” in Bydgoszcz – the organizer of the XXXI Bydgoszcz Musical Impressions , which for years has guarenteed the inimitable atmosphere of all artistic events.
The meeting of the youth particulary devoted to music in the town upon the Brda River organised under the auspices of the City of Bydgoszcz President makes significant contribution to the European integration.
